Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer (SSE) with a focus on C# .NET development and expertise in SQL backend technologies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be well-versed in developing scalable and efficient applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain C# .NET applications with a primary emphasis on the backend functionality.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet business needs.
  3. Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code, following best practices in software development.
  4. Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and responsiveness.
  5. Work with SQL databases to design and implement efficient data storage solutions.
  6. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution of software defects.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
  9. Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to a positive team culture.

    Qualifications

  10. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  11. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in C# .NET development with a focus on backend technologies.
  12. Strong proficiency in SQL and database design principles.
  13. Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  14. Experience with agile development methodologies.
  15. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
  16. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  17. Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
  18. Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
  19. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) would be advantageous.
