Direct sales of software products for on premise install which over next one year will be sold as ‘cloud based service’.
Achieve a minimum yearly target. Target small (group practices) to large complex Integrated Delivery Systems having sophisticated buying process requiring strong strategic selling competencies
Ensure contracts are signed on standard or reasonable terms.
Set reasonable expectations with customers to make sure customers do not feel they were oversold once they go live
Coordinate with the Marketing Team on Lead Generation and Sales Promotion activities.
Leverage full support of a competent Pre-sales team based out of offshore in India
Develop strong client / partner relationships and acting as the link between customers and the organization.
Coordinate with customers, internal departments and partners for successful execution and implementation / support of sales
Manage sales funnel effectively to make sure to meet quarterly and annual quotas.
Network with top management of prospects and customers and build relationships.
Network with sales force of partners with which our solution is integrated
Keep a tab on competition’s activities and strategies
Be an individual contributor at least one year or so. Subsequently he/she will lead a team of sales executives.
